About This Webinar
Recorded: September 18, 2026
How can artificial intelligence help support people with disabilities in maintaining employment? At an event hosted by the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA), the PRIME team explored AI and job retention, introducing technology being developed to support people after they begin working.
Keeping a job can be just as important as finding one. For people with disabilities, workplace challenges may arise after employment begins, when ongoing professional support may be limited.
In this session, presenters introduce Anchor, an AI companion being developed as part of PRIME. They discuss how the system is being designed and evaluated, including participant engagement, support needs, and opportunities for improvement over time.
The discussion also addresses ethics, privacy, and human oversight, emphasizing the role of rehabilitation professionals when AI is used in disability and employment services.
