Description:

This webinar explores how secure, cross-agency data sharing can strengthen coordination among education, vocational rehabilitation (VR), developmental disabilities (DD), workforce, and other youth service systems. Participants will examine a prototype tool designed to support coordinated referrals, service planning, and real-time communication; consider key legal and privacy requirements; and explore opportunities to adapt and scale this approach in their own states or communities to improve post-school employment outcomes for youth with disabilities.
