Participants will examine key ethical considerations and practical best practices for using AI technologies in service delivery.
The session will also highlight the DIF PRIME Project, outlining the core support components designed to improve job retention outcomes. In addition, presenters will walk through the process of developing an agentic AI system, including how to assess participant engagement and identify evolving support needs.
Finally, the webinar will address the role of formative evaluation in refining AI tools over time, ensuring systems remain effective, ethical, and responsive to the individuals they are designed to support.
